The Oléron natural wood wet salt mill has a ceramic mechanism, which comes with a lifetime guarantee, designed to adjust to the consistency and wetness of wet salt such as Guérande. This Peugeot mechanism provides excellent grinding performance without clogging, even for very wet or clumpy salt. How does it work? It is equipped with 3 blades to maintain grinding performance over a long operational lifetime and with a helical blade that mixes the salt and guides it towards the grinding mechanism to provide a constant flow.
