ASI 8204 Padded Folding Seat, 18" W x 14-5/8" D, Plywood

The ASI 8204 Compact Folding Seat is ideal for offering a safety seat in shower stalls and tubs where the layout provides only a limited amount of space. The shower seat is made of marine grade plywood that measures 1/2 of an inch in thickness. For added comfort, the seat is covered with sponge padding and off-white naugahyde. The seat's surface measures 18 inches in width by 14-5/8 inches in depth. All of the metal parts that are attached to the seat are made of type-304, 18-8 alloy stainless steel tubing with an attractive No. 4 satin finish on all of the exposed surfaces. The frame and support legs are fabricated out of sturdy 18-gauge stainless steel. When the folding seat is not in use, its support arm can be retracted to create extra space in the tub or shower. A guide bracket is included in the design of the seat to prevent it from falling out of its folded position. The seat complies fully with ADA.
