Heating Element for Adam electric inset fire and stoves.

If you have no heat coming from your electric fire and can still feel the blower element moving air it could be the heating element has failed in your fire.

If the blower has also stopped working it may also be the PCB (small control board) that has failed and will need replacing  (see our other listing).

To change either part will require some basic D.I.Y skills.  as you will be required to take either front or back panels of a inset fire to access the parts or remove the heat box from the bottom of a stove. There will be then some screws holding it in place and some small connecting tabs that will need removing. You then refit the replacement heating element.

On Inset fires the heating element is behind the hood panel at the front top - Remove fret, the fuel bed, spacer and hood flap, drop the hood remove element and rebuild.

The heating element is the same for all fire expect it has some connectors on the top facing a different direction, so choosing the right one is necessary.
