Pilsen is a lager yeast strain which produces clean fermentations for amazing bock, helles, pilsners, dunkels and just about any other lager style you throw its way.
This strain combines good flocculation characteristics with low sulfur and diacetyl production.
We highly recommend a Dry Ice Pack or two for your yeasts voyage OR for a short stay in our pick up lockers in the warmer months of the year.
