9.5" Fry Pan Mineral B Carbon Steel

The Mineral B Classic Carbon Steel Fry Pans excel in frying, grilling, and searing, making them ideal for achieving the Maillard reaction, where the caramelization of natural sugars in food helps to seal in flavor and moisture. Composed of 99% iron and 1% carbon, these pans are robust and durable. With no artificial coatings, they develop a natural nonstick surface as they become seasoned over time; the darker they become, the better the nonstick.

With a cooking surface of 6.9", the 9.5" Mineral B Carbon Steel Fry Pan is the ideal size for cooking 3 eggs or a chicken breast, perfect when you're cooking a meal for two people.

Use & Care: 

• Follow the instructions on first use to wash off the beeswax and season the pan. Handwash only, avoid harsh soaps and materials that will strip the seasoning. Can be used on all cooking surfaces including induction. Oven safe for up to 10 minutes at 400F.
