48" Rattan Staff for Martial Arts or SCA

These are dense, straight and smooth pieces of rattan that are as close to uniform diameter as possible. They feature a tight pack of fibers at the cut end of the rattan. Rattan Swords or Staves are used for SCA battles because unlike wood, it doesn't form into dangerous sharp splinters when it breaks.
