Protek Royal Interior Finish - Saffron

This bold deep orange is striking and colourful bringing up images of the rare spice saffron and stamen laden with pollen. Although this shade is slightly darker the matching colour in our Wood Protector range is Marigold.

Royal is a low odour product that is safer than creosote and plant and animal safe when dry. Virtually odourless high build product that revives dull looking surfaces. Requires two to three thin coats and is suitable for smooth or rough timber.

Advice: It is recommended that 2 – 3 coats be applied. If a lighter one coat finish is preferred we recommend 2 coats of Royal Clear to be applied on top, for added protection. Protek Royal is a high-build formulation so each extra coat increases the colour and sheen. If applying to bare timber a knotting agent should be used prior to application. When applied to floorboards a top coat of breathable polyurethane sealant or varnish should be applied to protect against heavy foot traffic.
